What counts as an improvement?
An improvement is when Converra finds and validates a better version of your prompt through simulation testing. You only use a credit when we prove a measurable improvement — if the optimization doesn't find a winner, it's free.
What are the monthly limits?
Each plan includes monthly limits for conversations monitored. Conversations are the dialogues you import or create via API/integrations. Agents and prompts are unlimited on all plans. Limits reset at the start of each billing period.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes! You can change your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately and billing is prorated.
